Just a few taps on our mobile app sets our trained concierge team into motion, making sure your pets get to and from where they need to be safely and on time.
Here’s how it works:

1. Download Our Mobile App
Download and install the Ryde app from your app store. This is how you register and create your profile to get started.

2. Schedule a Meet and Greet
To begin earning your and your pet’s trust, we strongly recommend a free, 15-minute in-person greeting before your first booking. We come to you so we can spend some time getting to know each other and answer all your questions.

3. Select Your Membership Plan
Choose the subscription plan that best fits your lifestyle. Our memberships range from a premium, unlimited plan where Ryde is on-call to accommodate your daily schedule, to a single-trip option for those who occasionally need our services. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Single trips are billed at the time of service.

Ryde is there when you can’t be, so open the mobile app, schedule a drop-off or pick-up, and we’ll take it from there.
